1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LifeOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.
2. Description of Service
LifeOS is a productivity automation platform that enables users to control their digital life through natural language commands and a customizable dashboard. Our service integrates with third-party services including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Spotify, and Slack to provide seamless workflow automation.
3. User Accounts and Eligibility
To use LifeOS, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must be at least 16 years old to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
4. Third-Party Service Integrations
Our service integrates with various third-party services to provide functionality. When you connect these services to LifeOS, you authorize us to access and process data from these services on your behalf.
Google Services Integration
When you connect your Google account, you grant us permission to:
- Gmail: Read, compose, modify, and send emails on your behalf
- Google Calendar: View, create, edit, and delete calendar events
- Google Drive: Access, create, modify, and delete files and folders
Third-Party Service Acknowledgments
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services
- Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies
- Third-party services may change their APIs, terms, or availability, which may affect our service
- We may need to update our service to accommodate changes in third-party service APIs
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use LifeOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
- Infringe upon or violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
- Distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful or destructive code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, user accounts, or computer systems
- Use our service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or for any form of harassment
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our service
- Engage in any activity that could harm our service, other users, or third parties
- Use our service to store or transmit illegal content or material
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The LifeOS service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LifeOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform any part of our service without our prior written consent.
7. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the service. By providing content to LifeOS, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service.
We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide does not violate the rights of third parties or applicable laws.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service.
9. Beta Service Notice
LifeOS is currently in beta testing. This means:
- The service may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies
- Features may not function as intended or may be incomplete
- We may make significant changes to the service, including adding or removing features
- Data loss or service interruptions may occur
- The service is provided "as is" during the beta period
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers
Your use of LifeOS is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement of intellectual property rights
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of service content
- Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall LifeOS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
- Damages resulting from interruption or cessation of service
- Damages resulting from third-party service failures or changes
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LifeOS and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
